Hot Yoga is a vigorous, energizing practice that sculpts and tones every muscle in the body. A 90 minute series of 26 poses and 2 breathing exercises performed in approximately 105°F and 30% humidity. Hot yoga improves circulation and cleanses organs to restore balance in the body. The heat allows muscles stretch deeper without injury and helps the body to rid itself of toxins through sweat. 
This class is a beginner class that does not require flexibility or an advanced fitness level, but is challenging for an advanced practitioner. Hot yoga, when done regularly can be life-changing. You will find yourself craving better food, sleeping more soundly, and feeling a general sense of health and well-being. But, come prepared to sweat!
